What each button does

• UPPERCASE: converts all letters to capitals. Good for headings or emphasis.
• lowercase: makes everything lowercase. Useful when you accidentally typed in caps lock.
• Title Case: capitalizes the first letter of every word. Standard for titles and headings.
• Sentence case: capitalizes only the first letter after periods. Normal writing style.
• Remove Extra Spaces: cleans up double/triple spaces and excess blank lines. Common when copying from PDFs.
• Remove Line Breaks: joins all lines into one paragraph. Useful for text copied from narrow columns.
• Reverse: flips the entire text backwards. For fun or encoding.

When to use a text formatter

Text copied from PDFs often has weird line breaks in the middle of sentences. Text from websites sometimes has extra spaces or odd formatting. Titles need consistent capitalization. This tool handles all of that in one click.
